- What are credits?
- Credits are the in-app currency. Using products and services consumes credits. 1 USD = 100 credits. Buy credit packs on the Pricing page.
- How do I get credits?
- Two ways: (1) Recharge — purchase credit packs on the Pricing page. (2) Invite — when someone you invite recharges, you receive bonus credits.
- Is my data secure?
- Yes. Your data is stored on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure (not on our own servers), encrypted in transit and at rest. See Privacy Policy for details.
- What language does AIIM use?
- The default is your system language. You can switch anytime via the language selector in the header. We support multiple languages.
- How does the invite reward work?
- When someone you invite recharges, you receive a percentage of their purchase as credits. Credits are for in-app use only, not withdrawable.
- Can I withdraw credits?
- No. Credits can only be used within AIIM to access all products and services, and cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash.
- Where is my data stored?
- Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption. We do not store data on our own servers; we use providers that meet international security standards.
