Information you send this site is treated as confidential. We use it to answer you and to keep the site safe. We do not sell it or build advertising profiles.

Scope

This policy covers aiim.ren, the contact form, and language settings. It explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, who may see it, and how you can exercise your rights.

The operator is AIIM (aiim.ren). Everyday questions go to [email protected]. Privacy and complaints go to [email protected].

What we collect

You give us a name or form of address, an email, a message, and the time of sending. If you email hi@ or service@, we also receive the sender address, subject, and body.

The site sets a language cookie named aiim_lang, and the server may keep access logs (IP, browser, time, URL) for security and debugging.

There are no ads, no file uploads, and no advertising pixels or third-party marketing trackers. Please do not send passwords, private keys, or full identity documents in a message.

How we use it

To reply to a project question or a complaint; to avoid answering the wrong person; to protect the site against abuse or attack; and to remember the interface language you chose.

We do not use this information for ad targeting, and we do not sell lists.

Legal basis and choice

Form and email content is provided by you. If you do not provide it, we may not be able to reply. We process it to answer your request and because running a public site requires ordinary security measures.

If the law where you live gives you rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, you can write to the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

How long we keep it

Messages and email: for as long as the conversation needs; then deleted or reduced, unless the law says we must keep a record.

The language cookie: usually up to one year, or until you clear it in the browser.

Access logs: rotated on a normal server schedule after security review.

Who else may see it

The host that runs this site, infrastructure used for DNS and email routing (for example Cloudflare Email Routing), and the mailbox service that receives work mail.

To notice a new inquiry quickly, a short alert without full attachments may go to the operator’s private Telegram chat. That chat is not public.

We do not give your inquiry to unrelated third parties unless the law requires it or it is needed to protect people or the system.

International transfers

You may visit from any country. Servers, mail, and messaging may sit in other jurisdictions. By sending information you understand it will travel on those systems. We only use channels needed to answer you.

Security

The site uses HTTPS. Access to the database and admin is limited. The internet is still not a perfect vault: do not put highly sensitive keys in a public form.

Children

This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. If a minor has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it promptly.

Cookies

Only aiim_lang stores the interface language. It is not an advertising cookie. You can refuse or delete it in the browser; the next visit may ask for a language again.

Changes

If what we collect or why we collect it changes in a material way, we will update this page and the date on the site. Using the site after that means you have seen the current version.
