About AIIM

Who we are

AIIM is an independent studio at aiim.ren. We build software, devices, and production AI for clients worldwide. This site introduces the work and takes inquiries. It does not run ads or sell lists.

The public name is AIIM. One owner stays with the job: brief, architecture, build, launch, and operations. We do not split a project among strangers.

What we do

For companies and individuals we ship systems that run: agents, knowledge bases, computer and browser use, realtime voice, vision and documents, coding help, workflow automation, personal assistants, multimodal pipelines—plus apps, sites, APIs, and hardware.

A new product or a single slice is fine. The only test is whether you will use it every day, on real work and real deals.

How we work

A sentence or an email that states the goal, the constraints, and a rough timeline is enough to start. After the scope is agreed we deliver in stages, and you can see progress and ask for changes.

Time zones and the stack follow the project. Chinese, English, or another language is fine.

Confidentiality

Inquiries, briefs, code, keys, customer lists, and unreleased products are treated as confidential. We do not put your project in a case study, demo it in public, or feed it into a public model without written consent.

We keep as little as we can. When the work ends, materials are deleted or returned as agreed. Archives, if any, hold only what a contract or the law still requires.

Independence and responsibility

AIIM is not part of any cloud vendor or model vendor. Using OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models is an engineering choice, not an endorsement or exclusive agency.

You receive a system that runs, plus notes you can take over. Models age. Architecture and data ownership are written down in the agreement.
